Dr. Francis is a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician committed to supporting children with developmental and learning differences. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Francis is board certified in both General Pediatrics and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics. She has a special interest in early identification of developmental delays in young children and enjoys practicing medicine in a multidisciplinary setting where medical providers, therapists, teachers, and parents work together as a team to optimize care and help children with special healthcare needs thrive.
When not in clinic, Dr. Francis enjoys sharing her love of cooking with family and friends and spending time outdoors boating, hiking, and skiing. She and her family also keep busy at home with their energetic Vizsla, who never tires of a good game of fetch.
With over 15 years of experience, Carolyn is a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist specializing in early intervention and supporting children on the autism spectrum. She holds a special certification in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), using evidence-based, play-driven strategies to promote meaningful developmental growth. Her practice is grounded in a deep commitment to family-centered care, blending parent coaching, interdisciplinary collaboration, and individualized treatment planning to help each child reach their fullest potential in meaningful, everyday activities.
Originally from New Jersey, Carolyn moved to Idaho from Virginia in 2010 in pursuit of mountain adventures and a more connected outdoor lifestyle. When she’s not working withchildren and families, she loves being with her family, and exploring the wild—whether backpacking through Idaho’s backcountry or discovering new trails in the foothills.
Monica McCullough is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner whose career spans 46 years. She has served in various positions from Educational Nurse Specialist, Nurse Manager, and various faculty positions.
For the past 25 years she has focused her career on caring for children with developmental disabilities and their families. When not advocating for children and adolescents with special needs, Monica so enjoys her time being Nana to her granddaughter.
Meet our Patient Services Coordinator! Aubrey was born and raised in Boise and is currently completing her final year at the University of Idaho, where she is majoring in Medical Sciences with a minor in Psychology. At Arrowleaf, she supports patients and providers through scheduling, administrative coordination, and patient care. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and licensed phlebotomist, bringing valuable hands-on experience in direct patient care as well as strong organizational and communication skills that ensure a positive experience for families.
Aubrey is passionate about developmental pediatrics and hopes to pursue medical school in the future, following in Dr. Francis’s footsteps to become a Developmental Pediatrician. Outside of work and academics, she enjoys swimming, hiking, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
